Forget the CN-Eagles wireless network – this is different per device but a quick google search will help you
On MACs remove the wireless adapter and add it back – click the WiFi adapter and then “-“. Next add it back with the “+” and make sure you select WiFi
Make sure you credentials are correct. – when you forget the network it should force you to enter them again.
Turn wireless off and back on
If none of this works, please contact the ITS Helpdesk at ithelpdesk@cn.edu
