At our core, we love events. We love the on-site details, production plans, schedules, deadlines and to-do lists that come along with managing an event. From meticulous management of facility details to AV, catering and on-site coordination, we ensure every detail is looked after.
Our team understands that a properly executed event can be leveraged very well by all stakeholders.

Mili Francis
Mili is an entrepreneur. She is also an artist with a flair for bringing out uniqueness in the people and things around her. She brings nuances from various countries that she has lived in – USA, Singapore, and South Africa – that give her a unique edge. Those years away from Thrissur gave a taste of freedom of expression through art; she learnt it for 4 years in the US, and later taught art in Singapore. She also successfully ran a silver jewellery boutique in Singapore
Making friends and new connections after being away from Thrissur for 18 years was made easier when she stepped into event organizing. He passion for learning new ideas, trying out new things, pushing the boundaries, constantly improving, ideating, organizing, and making things simpler only helped her.
Elza Vincent
Being a Bangalore girl and with prior experience in management sector, Elza is known for her passion and commitment to any project she takes up. She is talented in out-of-the-box thinking and effective in execution of strategies.
One of Elza's notable qualities is her outgoing and effervescent personality. She enjoys meeting new people and learning from experiences.
One of the reasons she loves Crystal Vibes is that it provides her with the opportunity to interact with a wide variety of people. While she loves travelling, a weekend at home with family & binging on Netflix is her comfort zone.
