Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.
Yes! Booking directly helps you save on platform service fees. Complete the Booking Inquiry Form on the Contact page, and we’ll respond within 24–48 hours.
A one-time cleaning fee of $150 applies to all stays. Credit card payments may also incur a small processing fee. Other payment methods may be available to avoid this fee.
Refundable Rate: Full refund for cancellations made at least 2 days before check-in.
Non-Refundable Rate: No cancellations or date changes allowed.

Children are welcome, but unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the property.
During the summer, we provide 5 beach passes and one beach umbrella to make your visit easier and more enjoyable.
For your safety and privacy, the exact address of Crystal Tides Retreat is provided 48 hours before check-in.
Yes, we provide 2 free parking spaces on the premises.
Crystal Beach, local restaurants, Niagara Falls, and nearby outlet malls are all just 5-30 minutes from the property.
Yes! For larger groups, we collaborate with a neighbouring cottage that can accommodate up to 14 guests.If you’re traveling with a bigger group and would like to book both properties, please mention this in your inquiry and we’ll be happy to assist.
