In 2021 Zartex3 released a teaser trailer for a mod he was developing called Sonic Journey (now called SRB2 Journey) on YouTube, the mod showed poorly made content and alot (when i say alot, like 90% of the mod was reusable content) of reusable content found in the SRB2 Message Board and various online servers of the game. 

Users of the SRB2 community discovered the mod and started a discussion about its quality and use of reusable content. While the mayority of comments were totally constructive some of them weren't and those discussions moved to the SRB2 Journey teaser trailer.

On a matter of hours the SRB2 Journey was flooded with multiple comments regarding the mod use of reusable content. Some of them were constructive and have alot of fair points but others were direct insults towards Zartex3. Days later the Teaser Trailer was deleted and the mod was cancelled, Zartex3 being overwhelmed by the sudden attention (mostly negative) released a poorly made apology video in which he said with horrible orthography that he will stop the development of the mod because he doesn't want to be "hated anymore."
