Welcome to CrystalRoom! By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using the app. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the app or its content.
CrystalRoom is owned and operated by Krida LLC. These terms govern your use of the app and its services.
1. Intellectual Property All content within CrystalRoom, including but not limited to crystal structure data, visualizations, designs, and other materials (collectively referred to as "Content"), is the sole property of Krida LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, reverse-engineering, or redistributing any part of the Content without prior written permission from Krida LLC.
2. License to Use Krida LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CrystalRoom for personal or educational, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the app for commercial purposes, transfer your rights to use the app, or attempt to bypass any app security features.
3. In-App Purchases CrystalRoom is free to download. A one-time in-app purchase (CIF Import Unlock, $4.99) is available to unlock the ability to import custom CIF files. All payments are managed through Apple's App Store. Refunds are subject to Apple's App Store policies. Family sharing is enabled for this purchase.
4. Prohibited Activities You agree not to use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems, or interfere with the app's functionality.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties The app and its Content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Krida LLC does not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that crystallographic data is suitable for every use case.
6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krida LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app, including loss of data or issues arising from third-party services used within the app.
7. Privacy Policy Your use of CrystalRoom is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data. CrystalRoom collects no personal data. By using the app, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
8. Modifications Krida LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are implemented constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be resolved in the courts of Colorado, USA.
