Effective date: July 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how sansdev ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Tower Stack, also known as Crystal Stack Tower (the "Game").
By using the Game, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
The Game stores limited gameplay information on your device, including:
Your best score.
Music, sound-effect, and vibration preferences.
This information is stored locally on your device and is not directly uploaded to our servers. You can remove it by clearing the Game's app data or uninstalling the Game.
The Game uses third-party services that may automatically collect information such as:
Device and app identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and app instance identifiers.
IP address, which may be used to estimate general location.
Device type, operating-system version, language, and app version.
Game and advertisement interactions, including app launches, taps, ad impressions, and video views.
Diagnostic and performance information, including crashes, stack traces, app state at the time of a crash, launch time, and device metadata.
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not directly ask for your name, address, phone number, payment information, or precise location.
The Game displays banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may use device identifiers and other information to provide, measure, personalize, and protect advertisements, subject to your consent choices and applicable law.
Where required, the Game uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request consent and provide privacy options. You can review or change available advertising privacy choices from the Game's settings when the privacy-options control is required.
You can also reset or delete your Android advertising ID, or limit ad personalization, through your device's privacy or advertising settings.
We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand general usage of the Game and improve gameplay and performance. We use Firebase Crashlytics to identify crashes, diagnose technical problems, and improve stability.
These services may process app interactions, identifiers, device information, diagnostics, and crash information in accordance with Google's privacy practices.
The Game allows you to share your score using your device's native sharing interface. Sharing occurs only when you choose to use this feature. The selected third-party app or service processes the content you share under its own privacy policy.
We and our service providers use information to:
Operate and maintain the Game.
Save your local preferences and gameplay progress.
Display, measure, and protect advertisements.
Provide rewarded advertisements when you choose to watch them.
Understand Game usage and improve features and performance.
Detect crashes, bugs, fraud, abuse, and security problems.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.
Information may be processed by:
Google AdMob, for advertising, ad measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention.
Google Firebase Analytics, for usage analytics.
Google Firebase Crashlytics, for crash reporting and diagnostics.
Apps or services you select when using the optional sharing feature.
Authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not sell personal information directly. Third-party advertising providers may process or share data for advertising as described in their own policies and according to your available consent choices.

Locally stored scores and settings remain on your device until you clear the Game's data or uninstall it. Third-party service providers retain information according to their own policies, legal obligations, and service settings.
The Game is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum digital-consent age required in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, contact us so that we can review the matter and take appropriate action.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
You can:
Change available advertising privacy choices inside the Game when the privacy-options control is shown.
Manage your advertising ID and ad-personalization preferences in Android settings.
Delete locally stored Game data by clearing app data or uninstalling the Game.
Contact us to submit a privacy request.
Because much of the information is processed by third-party providers using device or app identifiers, we may need information from you to verify and locate relevant records.
We and our service providers use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws.
No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Game, third-party services, or legal requirements. We will update the effective date when changes are published. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
