BigEnergy™(이하 "개발자")는 Crystal Crusher(이하 "본 앱")를 이용하시는 분들의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 본 방침은 본 앱이 어떤 정보를 다루고, 어떤 정보를 다루지 않는지를 설명합니다.
개발자는 자체 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 이용자의 정보를 개발자의 서버에 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다. 아래에서 설명하는 정보는 모두 본 앱에 포함된 Google의 서비스가 처리하는 것입니다.
2. 기기에만 저장되는 정보
다음 정보는 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장되며, 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
- 최고 점수 기록 (최근 상위 20건, 점수와 기록 날짜)
- 플레이 횟수
- 소리 및 진동 설정
- 전면 광고 표시 주기를 위한 내부 카운터
이 정보에는 이름, 이메일, 전화번호 등 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 내용이 포함되지 않습니다. 이 정보는 본 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
3. 광고 (Google AdMob)
본 앱은 무료로 제공되며 Google AdMob 광고를 표시합니다. 이 과정에서 Google AdMob이 광고 ID, 기기 정보, IP 주소 등 개인을 직접 식별하지 않는 정보를 자동으로 수집하거나 처리할 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 광고 게재와 광고 실적 측정에 사용됩니다.
본 앱은 배너 광고, 전면 광고, 그리고 이용자가 직접 선택했을 때에만 재생되는 보상형 광고(플레이 시간 연장)를 표시합니다.
본 앱은 기본적으로 개인 맞춤이 아닌 광고를 요청합니다.

4. Google Play 게임즈 서비스
본 앱은 순위표(리더보드) 기능을 위해 Google Play 게임즈 서비스를 사용할 수 있습니다.
이용자가 Play 게임즈 로그인을 선택하면 Play 게임즈의 플레이어 표시 이름, 플레이어 ID, 프로필 이미지가 본 앱에 제공되며, 이용자의 점수가 순위표에 기록되어 다른 플레이어에게 표시될 수 있습니다.
Play 게임즈 로그인은 선택 사항입니다. 로그인하지 않아도 본 앱의 모든 게임 기능을 이용할 수 있으며, 이 경우 계정 정보는 전혀 수집되지 않습니다. 기기 안의 최고 점수 기록은 로그인 여부와 관계없이 그대로 동작합니다.
이 정보는 Google Play 게임즈 서비스가 처리하며, Google의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다.
5. 점수 공유 기능
본 앱에는 결과 화면의 점수를 이미지로 만들어 다른 앱으로 공유하는 기능이 있습니다. 이 기능은 이용자가 공유 버튼을 눌렀을 때에만 동작하며, 공유할 상대와 앱은 이용자가 직접 선택합니다. 개발자는 공유된 내용을 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다.
6. 정보의 제3자 제공
개발자는 이용자의 정보를 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 위에서 설명한 정보는 해당 기능을 제공하는 Google의 서비스(Google AdMob, Google Play 게임즈 서비스)가 직접 처리합니다.
7. 데이터 삭제 요청
개발자의 서버에 저장된 이용자 정보가 없으므로, 개발자에게 별도로 삭제를 요청하실 정보는 없습니다. 기기에 저장된 기록은 본 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
Google이 처리하는 정보는 다음 방법으로 삭제하실 수 있습니다.
- Play 게임즈 데이터(플레이어 이름, 순위표 점수): Play 게임즈 앱 → 프로필 → 설정 → 계정 및 개인정보 보호 → 게임 데이터 삭제에서 본 앱을 선택해 삭제하실 수 있습니다.
- 광고 ID: 기기 설정 → 개인정보 보호 → 광고에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제하실 수 있습니다.

8. 아동의 개인정보
본 앱은 만 13세 이상을 대상으로 하며, 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 개발자는 만 13세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
9. 권한
본 앱이 요청하는 기기 권한은 진동(VIBRATE) 하나이며, 게임의 촉각 피드백에만 사용됩니다. 본 앱 자체는 인터넷 권한을 선언하지 않습니다.
10. 방침의 변경
본 방침이 변경되는 경우 이 페이지에 변경된 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다.

1. Overview
BigEnergy™ ("the developer") respects the privacy of everyone who plays Crystal Crusher ("the app"). This policy explains what the app handles and what it does not.
The developer operates no server and collects no user information on any server of its own. Everything described below is handled by Google services included in the app.
2. Stored only on your device
- Your high score list (the most recent top 20 scores and their dates)
- Number of rounds played
- Sound and vibration settings
- An internal counter that paces interstitial ads
None of this identifies you. It is deleted when you uninstall the app.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app is free and shows Google AdMob ads. In doing so, Google AdMob may automatically collect or process information that does not directly identify you, such as an advertising ID, device information and IP address, for serving and measuring ads.
The app shows banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded ads that play only when you choose to watch one in exchange for extra playing time.
The app requests non-personalised ads by default.

4. Google Play Games Services
The app may use Google Play Games Services for its leaderboard.
If you choose to sign in to Play Games, your player display name, player ID and profile image are made available to the app, and your score may be recorded on the leaderboard where other players can see it.
Signing in is optional. Every feature of the game works without it, and no account information is collected in that case. The on-device high score list works either way.
5. Score sharing
The app can render your result as an image and share it to another app. This happens only when you press the share button, and you choose the recipient and the app. The developer neither collects nor stores what you share.
6. Sharing with third parties
The developer does not sell your information or provide it to third parties. The information described above is handled directly by the Google services that provide those features (Google AdMob, Google Play Games Services).
7. Deleting your data
There is no user information on any server of the developer's, so there is nothing to request deletion of from the developer. Records stored on your device are deleted when you uninstall the app.
Information handled by Google can be deleted as follows:
- Play Games data (player name, leaderboard scores): Play Games app → Profile → Settings → Account and privacy → Delete Play Games account data, and select this game.
- Advertising ID: Device Settings → Privacy → Ads, where you can reset or delete your advertising ID.

8. Children's privacy
The app is intended for people aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Permissions
The only device permission the app requests is VIBRATE, used solely for haptic feedback during play. The app itself declares no internet permission.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the change and its effective date will be posted on this page.
