Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot or event. No services will be rendered without full payment.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
You may reschedule your session once at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. Any additional reschedules or cancellations may result in a new deposit or forfeiture of the session. No-shows will forfeit the deposit.
Turnaround Time
Final edited photos will be delivered within 7–14 business days from the session date, unless otherwise discussed. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
Image Delivery
Photos will be delivered digitally through a private online gallery. Clients will have access to download high-resolution images. Raw or unedited files will not be provided.
Usage Rights
Clients receive full personal use rights. Images may be shared on social media and printed for personal use. Commercial use (e.g., for advertising or resale) must be discussed and licensed separately.
Photographer’s Rights
Photographer retains the copyright to all images and may use select images for portfolio, website, and social media promotion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to arrive on time, dressed and prepared. Extra time will not be added for late arrivals unless agreed upon in advance.
Editing & Retouching
Basic editing and light retouching (lighting, color correction, etc.) are included. Extensive retouching requests may incur an additional fee.
Liability
Photographer is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damages during the session or due to delays caused by technical issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Agreement
By booking a session, you agree to these terms and conditions.
