Welcome to Crypto Test ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application, Crypto Test (package name: com.cryptotest.app), collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use our app and services.

1. Nature of the App (Virtual Simulation Only)

Crypto Test is an educational cryptocurrency paper trading simulator.

- All portfolio balances, coins, trades, and profits/losses within this app are 100% virtual and simulated.

- The app does NOT handle real fiat currency, real cryptocurrency deposits, withdrawals, or real financial transactions.

- Virtual funds and rewards obtained in the app have no monetary value in the real world and cannot be redeemed for real money.

2. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide to Us:

- Account Credentials (Optional): If you register an account using Email/Password or Continue with Google, we collect your email address, display name, and optional profile photo URL provided through Google Play Services / Firebase Authentication.

- Guest Mode: If you use the app as a "Guest User", you are not required to provide an email address, name, or password. A temporary anonymous session ID is stored locally on your device.

B. Information Generated Through App Usage:

- Simulated Trading Data: Virtual wallet balances, simulated spot and futures order history, open positions, and profit/loss records.

- Preferences: User settings including selected display currency (USD, EUR, INR, etc.), theme preferences (dark mode / light mode), and colorblind accessibility toggles.

C. Device and Technical Information:

- Diagnostic & Performance Data: Basic device information (such as Android OS version, device model) and anonymized crash logs to ensure app stability and debug issues.

- Network State: Network connectivity status to connect to real-time price feeds.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected solely to:

- Enable you to sign in, synchronize, and recover your virtual trading portfolio across sessions or devices.

- Provide live market price streaming and process simulated buy/sell orders.

- Maintain, improve, and secure our mobile application.

- Deliver in-app feedback and customer support if you reach out to us.

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties or data brokers.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

Our app integrates with trusted third-party service providers to deliver authentication, cloud storage, and market data:

- Google Firebase: Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore database storage (governed by Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy).

- Google Play Services: Native, secure Google Sign-In on Android devices.

- Public Market Data Providers (Binance WebSocket & CoinGecko API): Used exclusively to receive public live market quotes. No personal user data or account credentials are ever sent to these market data providers.

5. Data Storage and Security

- Your virtual portfolio data is stored securely using industry-standard Firebase Cloud Services and/or locally on your device storage (localStorage).

- All communication between the app and backend services is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS and WSS).

6. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain your account and virtual portfolio data for as long as your account remains active.

You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and associated data at any time:

- In-App: Open the app, tap your Profile Avatar in the top header, and tap Delete Account or Sign Out.

- Via Email: You may email us directly at [your-email@gmail.com] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and your registered email address. We will permanently delete your account records and stored cloud portfolio data within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

Crypto Test is designed for general audiences and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13.

8. App Permissions

- INTERNET: Required to fetch live cryptocurrency market rates and sync user accounts.

- ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Used to monitor network connectivity status.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
