Scope of Refund Policy
This Refund Policy is governed by Section 1 of our Terms and Conditions.Refund Process
The following steps outline how to initiate a refund:
3.1. The customer must submit a refund request to the Contractor.
3.2. The Contractor will review the request within 30 business days.
3.3. If the refund request is due to non-provision or inoperability of the service, the Contractor will offer options for resolution.
3.4. The Contractor will determine the refund amount based on the balance in the customer's Electronic Virtual account in their personal cabinet.
3.5. Refunds will be processed using the method specified in the customer’s request. If that method is unavailable, alternative options will be offered.
