About us
We are an animal protection association created in 2016. The need for several volunteers to ensure animal welfare in the municipality of Cunit made possible the birth of what is now Amancu.
We mainly rescue dogs and cats from our municipality, taking care of them with pure love and all the care they need in the facilities of the municipal kennel of Cunit and in the private foster homes that we have the pleasure of having, until we find the family ideal for each case, providing emotional and therapeutic support to those who need it.
We take care of feline colonies in our municipality: we apply the CER (Capture, Sterilization, Return) method, we help dozens of sick/runover feral cats a year, and we provide all possible help to their feeders.
We promote and spread the values ββof love and respect for all kinds of animals. We participate in solidarity events and fairs to make our children and our work known.

For us, godfathers/godmothers are of great help and importance. Every month we face very high economic expenses, since we have several chronically ill animals, which require a lot of constant veterinary attention, medications and special diets.
For a minimum of β¬5/month you can sponsor an animal and contribute your grain of sand monthly so that we can pay for their monthly expenses in a more relaxed way.
Every month you will receive a photo/video and updated information about the sponsored animal.
