Public LinkedIn profile data (name, role, company, etc.)
Generated AI insights (skills, summaries, relevance scores)
The data is used solely to:
Generate search queries
Display and organize LinkedIn profile results
Enhance profiles using AI (via third-party API)
CryptoHire uses third-party services:
OpenRouter API — for AI enrichment of profile data
Google Search — to fetch publicly available LinkedIn profiles
These services may process data temporarily as part of their functionality.
All data is processed locally in your browser
No personal data is stored on our servers
Exported CSV files are stored only on your device
We do not sell, trade, or share user data with any third parties.
The extension may request permissions to:
Access tabs (for background search automation)
Read webpage content (for extracting LinkedIn data)
These permissions are used strictly for core functionality.
We take reasonable steps to ensure data is processed securely. However, since data is handled locally, users are responsible for their device security.
