As far as I know, I've correctly applied their algorithm for creating the signature and also used the correct parameters to call the method in question ( -docs.crypto.com/spot/index.html#private-get-account-summary). However, the response that I get tells me that I'm doing something wrong:

On 10/6 I made an ACH transfer from my fiat wallet of $1,500. Today marks the 5th business day and my money is still not in my bank account. I decided to contact my bank for an update because I got an email from Crypto.com that my transfer was sent. My bank said they see no transfers on their end so I decided to contact crypto.com support. AND I GOT THE WORST HELP. The chat support employee was incredibly cryptic stating "We are aware of the situation and are working with the provider to solve it. I will snooze this chat until there is an update." Like what situation? And when I asked "How long should I wait for answers?" He said "I will keep you posted." I wasn't initially worried but now I'm freaking out. I have sent more messages only to get ignored. A huge point of using this service was me trusting them with my money and now they seem to have lost it and they are not providing me with any actual help. Posting this to see if others have had similar situations or even a warning to those thinking of using this service.
