AINation ("we", "our", "us") operates the Crypto Chart AI — AI Signals mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.
Device Information: We collect an anonymous device identifier to manage your account, track usage limits, and provide personalized features. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.
Chart Images: When you use the analysis feature, chart images you upload or capture are sent to our servers for AI processing. These images are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers.
Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage data such as the number of analyses performed, subscription status, and feature usage to improve the App experience.
Purchase Information: Subscription purchases are processed entirely through Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment details. We only receive confirmation of your subscription status from Google Play.

TradingView: Provides interactive chart widgets within the App. TradingView Privacy Policy
The App uses a foreground service to deliver real-time cryptocurrency price notifications. This service runs only when you have actively enabled live price tracking for one or more pairs. You can disable notifications at any time from within the App or through your device settings.
Your preferences, active pairs, and analysis history are stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. Server-side data is limited to anonymous device identifiers and usage counters. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transmission and processing.
Chart images submitted for analysis are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored. Analysis results are stored on our servers linked to your anonymous device ID to provide history features. You can clear your local history at any time from within the App.
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
The App requests the following device permissions:
Internet: Required for AI analysis, live prices, and ad delivery
Storage: Required to access chart images from your gallery for analysis
Notifications: Required to deliver real-time price alerts
Foreground Service: Required to maintain persistent price tracking notifications
Vibration: Used for haptic feedback on interactions
You have the right to:
Disable notifications and live price tracking at any time
Clear your local analysis history
Uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data
Request deletion of any server-side data associated with your device by contacting us
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
