Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Crypto Calculator to Dollars ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Crypto Calculator to Dollars is a cryptocurrency-to-USD conversion tool that provides estimated conversion values based on market data sourced from the CoinGecko API. The App is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

Not Financial Advice

The App is not a financial advisor, broker, or trading platform. The conversion rates displayed are estimates based on publicly available market data and may not reflect the exact rate you would receive on any exchange or trading platform. You should not rely on the App for making financial decisions, trades, or investments. We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred based on information provided by the App.

Accuracy of Data

Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile and change rapidly. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information through the CoinGecko API, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data displayed. Prices shown in the App may differ from prices on exchanges due to delays, caching, or market fluctuations.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers the following premium options:

Weekly Subscription: $4.99 per week with an optional 3-day free trial. The subscription auto-renews weekly unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Yearly Subscription: $17.99 per year. The subscription auto-renews annually unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code within the App are the property of Crypto Calculator to Dollars and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or loss of profits. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Information We Collect

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. We do not require you to create an account, provide your name, email address, or any other identifying information to use the App.

Usage Data

The App does not track your usage, keystrokes, conversion history, or any activity within the App. All calculations are performed locally on your device and are not stored or transmitted anywhere.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the CoinGecko API to retrieve current cryptocurrency prices. When the App fetches price data, a network request is made to CoinGecko's servers. CoinGecko may collect standard server log information such as your IP address in accordance with their own privacy policy. The App uses Apple's StoreKit framework to process in-app purchases. All payment information is handled entirely by Apple and is subject to Apple's privacy policy. We do not have access to your payment details, credit card information, or Apple ID.

Data Storage

All App preferences and cached data (such as your last selected coin and cached price) are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since the App does not collect personal information from any user, no special provisions for children are necessary.
