FAQ
Q:What is CryptoCafe?
A:As a partner of StealthEX, CryptoCafe is a cryptocurrency exchange that uses the StealthEX system and does not require storage fees.
Q:Why should I trust CryptoCafe?
A:Rest assured that we are committed to providing you with seamless transactions with a simple and easy-to-use interface. Your swaps cannot get lost or sent to the wrong wallet. Our exchange requires no registration, protects your privacy, and above all, is instant. As transactions are instant, you don't need to store funds on our platform. We handle swaps between your crypto wallets.
Q:How do we work?
A:CryptoCafe, which utilizes StealthEX's system, is affiliated with several major cryptocurrency exchanges. Once you submit your order, StealthEX's intelligent algorithms will find the best deals in the market and execute the exchange on your behalf.
Q:Do I need to register?
A:No,you don't.
Q:Why can the received and estimated amounts differ?
A:It takes some time for the exchange to process. As cryptocurrencies are very volatile, the rate might change while your swap is still in progress. Therefore, the sum you receive may vary from the one you expect initially. The exchange will fail if there was an abrupt rate deviation that exceeds 5% up or down – please don't hesitate to reach out to our support to agree on the new rate or refund.
If you’d like to exchange cryptocurrency and get exactly the amount you need, then you can buy cryptocurrency at fixed rates.
Q:Can I cancel my transaction?
A:All blockchain transactions are irreversible. This means that once you have sent something out, you cannot change or cancel the transaction. It’s very important to check the deposit amount prior to continuing the swap – otherwise, we may not be able to process your exchange.
Q:What should I do if I don’t receive the coins?
A:Cases like this are extremely rare. It might happen though, that you have entered incorrect data for your transaction or sent the wrong deposit sum. If you have noticed something like this, please contact our support team at support@stealthex.io – we’ll do our best to assist you!
Q:Is there a fee to list a coin?
A:No, there isn’t. If you can’t find a particular coin on our exchange list and would like us to add it, please feel free to contact us at support@stealthex.io.
Q:What is the fee?
A:For every exchange, you have to pay the network transaction fee – this payment is needed to push the transaction into the blockchain. Besides, there might be trading fees on the liquidity provider’s side.
The fees vary depending on the currencies you have chosen and the amount to swap. CryptoCafe makes sure to calculate and include all the possible fees into the transaction estimate and present it to our customer before they make an informed decision to exchange their cryptoassets.
Q:What is the minimum exchange amount?
A:We do not have a maximum exchange limit for floating rate exchange – you can swap just as much as you want. However, there needs to be a minimum amount to make sure your transaction gets included into the blockchain and the swap is made. You can see the minimum amount while entering the number of coins you would like to exchange on the main page.
Q:How long does the exchange take?
A:Generally, cryptocurrency exchanges are processed in a span of 5 to 30 minutes. This estimate depends on the network you are using, blockchain conditions, trade availability, etc.
Q:What is a Transaction Hash/ID? Where can it be found and why do I need it?
A:Hash is a key piece of blockchain technology, a unique string of characters. It is given to every transaction that is verified and added to the blockchain. The hash commonly appears at the top of the page when viewing your transaction through a block explorer website, such as Blockchair, or can be found by copying the URL from that same page. In many cases, a transaction hash is needed to locate your funds.
Q:What is a MEMO/Destination Tag?
A:A Memo/Destination Tag is an additional address feature necessary for identifying a transaction recipient beyond a wallet address.
It’s not needed when sending crypto to a privately controlled cryptocurrency wallet. Centralized crypto exchange customers often send their transactions to a single address and add a Memo/Destination tag to indicate which deposit belongs to them. Please make sure to include a MEMO when it's needed – otherwise, the funds may not reach its destination and be lost.
