1. Important disclaimer — please read first
Crypto Mining (Bitcoin Miner) is a simulation game for entertainment purposes only.
The App does not perform real cryptocurrency mining of any kind.
The App does not hold, send, receive, deposit, or withdraw Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other real cryptocurrency or fiat currency.
All coins, tokens, balances, hash rates, rewards, boosts, and "withdrawals" shown in the App are virtual and have no monetary value. They cannot be sold, traded, transferred, or redeemed for real money, real crypto, or any other asset.
We are not a broker, exchange, wallet provider, custodian, or financial adviser, and the App does not provide investment, financial, or tax advice.
We will never ask you for a wallet seed phrase, recovery phrase, private key, exchange password, or one-time passcode. Never enter these anywhere in the App. If you see such a request claiming to come from us, ignore it and contact us at jiyapatni5629@gmail.com.
2. Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy explains what Crypto Mining (Bitcoin Miner) (the "App", "we", "us") collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what choices you have. It applies to the Android version of the App distributed through Google Play.
By installing or using the App, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Collected automatically

PURPOSE -Understanding how the App is used and improving it
DATA -Crash reports and performance data (stack traces, device state at time of crash)
PURPOSE -Diagnosing and fixing bugs
DATA -Ad events (requests, impressions, clicks, rewarded-ad completions)
PURPOSE -Measuring ad performance and detecting invalid traffic
We do not collect precise (GPS-level) location. We do not access your contacts, SMS, call logs, microphone, camera, photos, or files.
3.2 Information you choose to provide
Account sign-in (optional). If you sign in, we receive your email address, display name, profile photo, and a unique user ID from the sign-in provider so we can save your game progress and restore it across devices.
Support messages. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write to us.
Simulated withdrawal details (optional). Some versions of the App let you enter a crypto wallet address and/or a recipient name to display a simulated withdrawal screen. This information is stored only to render that in-app screen. No real cryptocurrency is ever sent to or from this address, and we do not transmit it to any blockchain, exchange, or payment processor.
In-app purchases. If you buy an ad-free plan or a boost, Google Play processes the payment. We receive only the product ID, purchase token, and purchase status so we can unlock what you bought. We never receive or store your card number, bank details, or billing address.
3.3 Push notification token (if enabled)
If you allow notifications, we store a device push token so we can send you in-game reminders and service messages. You can turn notifications off at any time in Android Settings without losing access to the App.
4. How we use your information
Operate the App: run the simulation, save progress, sync accounts, show leaderboards.
Show advertising, cap how often ads appear, and detect invalid or fraudulent ad traffic.
Diagnose crashes and measure stability and performance.
Unlock and manage optional in-app purchases and their expiry.
Respond to your support requests.
Detect cheating, abuse, and unauthorised access, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data to provide financial or investment advice.
5. Legal bases for processing (EEA / UK — GDPR)
Contract: operating the App and features you request, including account sync and purchases.
Legitimate interests: analytics, crash reporting, security, fraud prevention, and non-personalised advertising.
Consent: personalised advertising and push notifications where consent is legally required. You may withdraw consent at any time (see Section 7).
6. Third-party services we use
We use the following third-party SDKs, which process limited data on our behalf or as independent controllers. Each has its own privacy policy:
Google AdMob (advertising) — https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
Google Play Services — https://policies.google.com/privacy
Firebase Analytics (usage analytics) — https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Firebase Crashlytics (crash reporting) — https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Google Play Billing (in-app purchases, if enabled) — https://policies.google.com/privacy
Keep this list accurate. Only list SDKs that are actually compiled into your APK/AAB. Listing an SDK you do not use, or omitting one you do, will conflict with your Google Play Data Safety declaration.
We do not share your information with any other third party except where required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of users, or as part of a business transfer (in which case we will notify you).
7. Advertising and your choices
The App is free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob.
Personalised ads. Where permitted, our advertising partners may use your Advertising ID and app activity to show more relevant ads.
Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland). We use Google's User Messaging Platform to request your consent before serving personalised ads. You can change your choice at any time from the privacy or settings screen inside the App.
Reset or delete your Advertising ID. Android Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID or Reset advertising ID. Deleting the ID causes apps to receive only non-personalised ads.
US state privacy laws. Residents of California and other US states with applicable privacy laws may opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising by declining personalised ads in the App's consent screen and by deleting your Advertising ID.
Non-personalised ads are still served based on coarse context (such as country and app content) and still require basic ad-serving data.
8. Permissions the App requests
INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — required to load ads and sync data.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS (Android 13+) — optional; used only for in-game reminders and updates. Declining does not restrict any App feature.
com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID — required by the advertising SDK to access the Advertising ID.
BILLING — only if in-app purchases are enabled.
The App does not request contacts, SMS, camera, microphone, precise location, or storage permissions.
9. Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country, such as 16 in parts of the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email jiyapatni5629@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.
10. Data retention
Account and game-progress data: retained while your account is active, and deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request.
Crash and analytics data: retained according to Google's standard retention windows (typically 90 days for Crashlytics, and up to 14 months for Analytics event data).
Purchase records: retained as long as required for tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes.
Support emails: retained for up to 24 months.
11. How to delete your data
You can request deletion of your account and associated data in either of these ways:
In-app: [Settings → Account → Delete Account] — replace with your actual path, or delete this option if the App has no in-app deletion.
By email: send a request to jiyapatni5629@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account. We may ask you to verify your identity before we act.
Uninstalling the App stops all further data collection but does not by itself delete data already stored on our servers.
12. Security
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and restricted internal access to stored data. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. International data transfers
Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
14. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent.
EEA / UK (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
California (CCPA/CPRA): the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
India (DPDP Act 2023): access, correction, completion, erasure, grievance redressal, and withdrawal of consent.
Brazil (LGPD), Canada (PIPEDA), and other jurisdictions: equivalent rights as provided under local law.
To exercise any of these rights, email jiyapatni5629@gmail.com. We will respond within the time limits set by applicable law.
15. In-app purchases and ad-free plans
If the App offers optional purchases (for example an ad-free plan or a simulated speed boost):
Payment is handled entirely by Google Play. We store only your plan type and expiry so we can enable or disable features.
An active ad-free plan disables third-party ads in eligible placements for the duration of the plan.
Any "More apps" or cross-promotion section that promotes our own apps is not third-party advertising and may continue to appear.
Purchased items are virtual, have no cash value, and are non-transferable. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the App after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Policy.
