Come and try your hand at our Cryptographic Treasure Hunt at the University of Bath. This is a free event.
Challenges will start easy (suitable for Primary age students) and will increase in difficulty up to a level that even a seasoned code-breaker will find challenging. You can attempt as many or as few challenges as you like.
Come and find us at the CRYPTO HQ in the 4 West (4W) building on campus.
The full challenges are now published and can be viewed by clicking this link, or by following the Challenges link in the navigation menu.
Suitable for schools to book in to bring a class-size group (or smaller) to try their hand at our challenges.
Expect to spend at least 2 hours on site.

The ciphers and codes in the challenges will almost always refer to a physical location somewhere (nearby) on campus. To successfully complete a challenge you must be prepared to move around the campus to find these locations, and you should ensure you do so in a safe manner. Some puzzles will give you a Latitude and Longitude to help pinpoint the location - you can type these into Google Maps (or similar) or use a paper map available at Crypto HQ.
All locations referred to are located within the red boundary on the following map:
