By commissioning me you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below
♤ I have the right to refuse/cancel a commission for any reason.
♡ If disrespectful behavior occurs, or if you fail to follow the ToS, your commission will be canceled.
◇ These terms might vary slightly depending on the type of commission
♤ Payment is in two parts. Half before starting and half after WIP is approved.
♡ Payment can be done through PayPal, Cashapp, or Venmo in USD only
◇ Additional fees will be charged for major revisions (see "Revisions")
♧ The exact fees described above will depend on the complexity of the commission.
♤ You will be refunded entirely only before the sketch is approved.
♡ If a refund is requested after sketch is approved, I will only refund 60%
◇ No refunds after final commission is approved
♧ If I cannot finish a commission for whatever reason, I will refund 100%
I'm trying a new system: A Google form! If you are interested in a commission, fill out the google form found in the Prices page. If I am able to take your commission, I will text/email/DM you a confirmation.
Obligations:
♤ Write clear and concise when emailing/texting me
♡ respond in a timely fashion
I automatically assume my clients have jobs, but if you take far to long to respond without explanation I will warn you only once before canceling the commission. I am busy too, and as the goblins say: Time is money friend!
◇ I don't bite, but remain polite and respectful.
♧ Carefully and completely read through the ToS and Commission Information.
Ordering Process:
♤ Fill out the Google form found in the Prices page
◇ Tell me specific details/wishes (poses, expressions, etc)
♧ A clear image of your character(s) (doesn't have to be a full blown ref! Just enough for me to discern clothes, colors, and other features.)
♤ Character personality also helps.
Please give me everything about your character that you want me to keep in mind. I want to draw your OCs as accurately as possible :3. Same with characters from a series because I might not know them!
Character Design:
♤ Type of design (complex or simple)(Covered in the google form!)
♡ Give species and/or references of what you want them to look like
◇ Specific details. Listed are some common ones:

Theme
Personality
♧ However I can do total customs as well! Pretty much where you tell me nothing and just let me go wild, or tell me only a general idea.
♤ I will send a sketch for approval before continuing the commission.
♡ I will attempt to do every commission in order
◇ There are no specific deadlines, however I will attempt to complete the commission within 2 weeks.
♧ I'm a busy college kid so I'll let you know if the commission may take longer, and the refund rules still apply.
♤ I will show WIPs upon request
♤ Any major and minor revisions are allowed during the sketch stage. Full revisions during this phase are limited to three revisions.
♡ If you want a revision made after the sketch has been approved, there will be an additional fee
◇ Total revisions will also be an additional fee and will usually range from 50% or more of the original commission price.
♧ Major revisions are like changing a pose completely or changing a color palette, minor revisions are adjustments (and are unlimited until stated otherwise), a complete revision is redoing most/the entirety of the commission.
♤ I retain the full rights over any commissioned work.
♡ The characters portrayed within the art belongs to their rightful creators/owners. If it is a personal OC I will give credit to them always.
◇ Final product is for personal use only
♧ Credit to me must be given when first posted, but not required afterwards. However, if you do continue to credit me it is very much appreciated! You can tag/link me.
You may use the work in the following ways:
♤ For personal use
♡ You may crop the work for profile pictures, video thumbnails, headers, etc. as long as I am credited
◇ Post it on social media with credits/link to me
You may NOT use the work in these ways:
♤ Claim the artwork is yours
♡ Use it commercially (Such as on keychains, prints, etc)
◇ Majorly alter the work
♧ Use the work in relation to NFTs or crypto
♤ Remove my watermark/signature
