Please observe and respect the quiet zones. If you wish to converse with another person or make a phone call, please move from the quiet zone to a common area such as the pool or kitchen. Please remember to sound carries and keep voices to a conversational level.
We are here to write, discuss writing, and develop our skills. Please limit watching videos or television or playing music without earbuds or headphones in your room. No TVs will be turned on in common areas. Let's keep our focus on why we're here!
The host will provide dinner Saturday evening. We will provide some basic shared groceries. We'll give you a list of what will be purchased in advance.
We will provide essentials like coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, tea bags, condiments, etc.
We will have an optional sign-up for dinners. Information will be forthcoming.
In shared spaces, you are responsible for cleaning up and sanitizing after yourself.
There will be check-out responsibilities we will communicate.
We need to reserve the house soon to lock in the best venue!
We want to have space for EVERYONE who needs this retreat. We will reserve the beach cottage based on the number of paid deposits received. The invoice will be sent via PayPal so that you can pay over time. The first payment will be the $50 non-refundable deposit. We reserve the right to increase the registration by no more than $25 if needed to cover rental fees that may increase with the new year.
Final registration fees: $450 for single room with private bath
$350 for a shared room with ensuite bath
This is for the full week Sat 5 pm through Sat 10 am and includes some pantry basics: shared ingredients for breakfast and lunch.
