As a bakeshop, we bake in the store, though usually we bake bulk orders of goods at home where there is more space for us to move efficiently. We currently only accept pre-order of goods and also sell some of it in the store, though we only operate there for a limited time. Due to the pandemic, we highly encourage everyone to participate in virtual transactions with us, with very little to no physical contact as possible. Virtual payment is encouraged in and out of the store vicinity.

Pick-up stores are technically business centers. If you buy something online, one way to receive the item you ordered is through pick-up stores. We are currently physically operating as a pick-up store, though as a bakeshop, we also bake and sell some of our products there - bite-sized!

Yes! We usually ship out items through Grab Delivery if we cannot personally deliver it to your doorstep or if it is unable to be picked up from the store. That said, we only ship it once it's fully paid! We strictly follow pay-first policy because goods are only available for pre-order. Delivery fees are typically shouldered by the buyers too.

Sometimes. We operate by the pre-ordering scheme because we usually get orders in bulk so we cannot always guarantee that your order may be received within the same day. If it is possible, we will inform you right away! If not, next-day delivery is always there.

No, not really. We only bake our goods once it's pre-ordered and ship out once it's paid. But we sometimes bake randomly and put them up for sale! One thing we guarantee is that everything in the catalog, we can bake.
