We perform a 7-step process:

- Evaluate the affected area and its damage
- Contain the area with polyethylene sheeting for an air chamber and changing room for our technicians
- Establish negative air pressure inside the containment area
- Remove the affected materials that cannot be sanitized, as well as removing the moisture
- Vacuum all dust and spores with a HEPA vacuum
- Treat all surfaces with an EPA approved anti-microbial solution
- Clear test by an independent, accredited Industrial Hygienist
- Analyzed at an EPA accredited laboratory
