Croxley Library

Some of our work exists as a wall-hanging in Croxley Library, in it we attempted to feature the many aspects of Croxley, it's heritage and historic buildings, it's connection with the canal, flora and fauna, local groups, schools and so on. [... pictures here]

Dacorum Heritage Trust

We were asked to work on a project with Dacorum Heritage Trust http://www.dacorumheritage.org.uk/ . They have some embroidered samplers in their collection but they were in a bit of a sorry state. We were tasked with making replicas of some of the samplers to enable DHT's curators to take them into schools for the children to learn about the Victorians. Project Linus

Our most recent group project has been to make 40 (so far, there will be more in due course!) quilts for Project Linus http://projectlinusuk.org.uk/. They have been made using donated fabric scraps. It's amazing what you can make from the smallest pieces of fabric! [... pictures here]
