Embedding a Form: Simple Instructions

Using Google Forms:

Create your form on Google Forms.

Click the "Send" button (top right).

Go to the < > "Embed HTML" tab.

Copy the code and paste it into the HTML of your website.

Using Other Apps (e.g., Jotform):

Build your form in the app.

Look for the "Share" or "Publish" button.

Copy the provided embed code or use the platform's direct integration to add it to your website.
