Authored an independent assessment of a major foreign-policy address by His Excellency Dr. Anwar Gargash, then UAE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs. The analysis examined implications for the United Arab Emirates and Abu Dhabi, including regional security, Iran, Gulf cooperation, U.S.–UAE relations, economic diversification, international investment, strategic communications, tourism, and Formula 1®.

Outcome: This work contributed to a subsequent professional research engagement in Abu Dhabi, where Julia lived and worked as a Strategic Policy Analyst.

International Relations & Global Security | Graduate Research 

Master’s Research & Strategic Analysis 

Completed graduate research examining the development of a Peace Industrial Complex within Middle East militaries, including the concept of dedicated Peace Intelligence Officers.

The research integrates government policy, military doctrine, scholarly literature, comparative analysis and US Intelligence Community analytical methods to examine regional security cooperation, early warning, defensive coordination, technology partnerships, economic incentives and sustained diplomatic engagement.
