Crown Barber Privacy Policy

Crown Barber ("we", "our", "us") operates the Crown Barber mobile application.
We may collect the following information:
Name and profile photo
Phone number and/or email address
Booking and appointment details
Notification preferences
Account and role information, such as customer, barber, or owner where applicable
Location data when you allow location access
We use your information to:
Create and manage your account
Process and manage appointments
Send booking updates and reminders
Show nearby barber branches and distances
Provide customer support
Operate, secure, and improve the app
Crown Barber allows users to browse some public app content without creating an account.
Guest users can view public barber branch information, services, prices, durations, and branch locations.
Guest users cannot create bookings, view appointments, update a profile, receive account notifications, or access account-based features unless they sign in.
If location permission is granted while browsing as a guest, location is used only to show nearby branches and distances.
Crown Barber supports sign-in using Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, and Phone Number Sign-In using SMS OTP.
Sign in with Apple: If you sign in with Apple, we may receive your name and email address, depending on the information you choose to share. If you choose to hide your email address, Apple may provide us with a private relay email address.
Google Sign-In: If you sign in with Google, we may receive your name, email address, and profile photo after you approve Google's consent screen.
Phone Sign-In: If you sign in with your phone number, we send a one-time verification code by SMS. Crown Barber does not use passwords for phone sign-in.
We do not use sign-in information to track users for advertising purposes.
On first sign-in, you confirm your display name and may add a profile photo. You can update your profile information in the app at any time.
We use your location only to show nearby barber branches and distances when you grant location permission. We do not track your location in the background for unrelated purposes.
We access the camera and photo library only when you choose to add or change a profile photo, barber shop photo, or related image inside the app. Photos may be stored securely using Firebase and Google Cloud services.
We may send push notifications about your bookings, appointments, account updates, and reminders. You can manage notification settings on your device and in the app.
Your data is stored using Firebase and Google Cloud services. We use trusted service providers to host data, authenticate users, send notifications, and store photos.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to operate the app, such as Google/Firebase and Apple services where applicable.
We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account in the app, we work to remove associated account data in line with our deletion process.

Browse public branch and service information as a guest
Update your profile in the app
Manage notification settings
Control location permission from your device settings
Delete your account from the app settings

Crown Barber is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date when we make changes.
