Crowd Counting App ("the app") counts the number of people in a photo using an on-device machine learning model. The photo you capture or select is processed locally, on your device — it is not uploaded to any server operated by us, and we do not collect, store, or have access to your photos.
The app requests camera access so you can take a new photo, and photo library access so you can choose an existing one and, if you choose to, save a result image back to your gallery. These photos are used only to run the crowd-counting model and to display and optionally save/share the result — they are not transmitted anywhere by the app.
The app shows ads served through Google AdMob (banner, interstitial, and native ad formats). AdMob may collect device and advertising identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads, and may use this data for personalized advertising where permitted. This collection is governed by Google's own privacy policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can manage ad personalization through your device's ad settings.
We do not require account creation or login, do not collect your name, email, or location, and do not operate any backend server that receives your photos or crowd-count results.
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
