To make this event enjoyable for everyone, we have certain guidelines to ensure smooth operation. This will be the largest event we have hosted to date!
Slots
Slot Booking:
All slots are first come, first served.
Everyone is only allowed to book one slot.
We only opened a small number of slots to assist in dividing everyone evenly between the routes. If all slots are filled, or if there isn't a slot with your preferred time, please be patient. New slots will open each week depending on how many were filled.
If slot times still appear on the website, but are missing on the confirmation form, that means they are taken. The website takes longer to update than the confirmation form.

Attending Without a Slot:
If you do not reserve a slot for this event, you will be unable to access the ATC channels or get any ATC service.
Please refrain from interfering with operations if you decide you want to fly in GeoFS or watch the event.
Pilots
GeoFS is quite limited when it comes to realistic ATC events, as it lacks radio systems, realistic flight computers, and other things of the sort. However, we're doing the best to use the resources we have to give you the most realistic experience. The requirements for pilots are listed below.
All pilots must have, and be able to use FMC & AP++ to attend this event. If you need help installing or using it, don't hesitate to contact one of the Staff Members / Executives in the Discord server.
All pilots must be able to listen to the ATC in the Discord voice channels. The ability to speak in voice chat is not required for pilots. (Being able to speak in voice chat just makes communication faster and easier.)
All pilots must know and use proper aviation & ATC phraseology .
