December 3, 2025: Registration link emailed to presenters and those who submitted to present.
December 8, 2025: Deadline to register and confirm attendance for presenting author.
December 18, 2025: Full convening program available at the conference website.
January 7, 2026: General convening registration deadline (non presenters)
Monday January 12, 2026: Presentation submission deadline
Thursday January 15, 2026: Convening presentations in person in Washington D.C.
Crossroads will focus on bringing together transportation researchers, practitioners, and others working toward transportation equity and justice.
Presentations can be research or practice-oriented.
Presentations must include a focus on transportation equity, mobility justice, or a closely related topic.

The changing landscape of transportation equity and justice work
Insights from recently terminated transportation studies or projects
