How do I restore my purchases? If you bought the "Remove Ads" upgrade and need to restore it on a new device, simply go to the Settings tab in the app and tap "Restore Purchases." (Note: Apple does not allow restoring consumable items like Coins or Hints).
I purchased Coins/Hints, but they didn't show up. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection. Sometimes, closing the app completely and reopening it will force the App Store to sync your transaction. Please note that Apple handles all payment processing securely; we do not have access to your payment information.
How do I play the game? Crossolve is a cryptogram puzzle. Each letter in the puzzle has been replaced by a different letter. Your goal is to crack the cipher by guessing which letters match up. Use your coins to buy hints if you get stuck!
