• CrossCon is a three day (January 1-3) event at the Kentucky International Convention Center in Louisville, KY where thousands of young adults gather to worship, hear from some amazing speakers, and be in Christ-centered community with each other.

  • • 18-25 is not a strict age limit, some flexibility*

    • Individual tickets are $125. We will also host group fundraisers to cover the costs of meals, hotels and transportation.

Thursday Jan. 1st- 

• We will be meeting at Reclamation Church at 5:45am with a goal to leave by 6am! 

• Our goal is to arrive at the Galt Hotel by 12:30 pm, unload and head to the conference to check-in by 1pm.

• After check-in the exibit hall will be open until the first session starts at 2pm.

• Afternoon Session- 2-4:40pm

• Depart Conference Center at head back to Reclamation Church - goal is to arrive home by 10/10:30 pm 

• We will be lodging at the Galt House Hotel in Downtown Louisville!

• We have one room for the girls - a king bed with a pull out couch

• We have three rooms for the boys all have 2 queen beds!

• We will also be bringing air mattresses if you are not a fan of sharing a bed!

• Each room will also have a living room space perfect for our small group time in the evenings!

• Married couples each have their own room but will join rooms for small group time!

• Meals will be provided while we are at the conference! But you will need to bring money to cover your travel meals (Thurs. Lunch, Sat. Dinner)

• You will recieve a "Swag bag" with some snacks but feel free to bring your own as well!
