Lee Ann was born and raised in Tulsa, OK where she attended school and is the second generation in her family to graduate from Tulsa Public Schools. Growing up, sports played a big part in her life by fostering her love of teamwork. Community sports remain an important part of what she does today which includes sponsoring Midnight Basketball, a free sports clinic series, and cheer program.

No stranger to hard work, Lee Ann earned a Bachelors of Human Development and Family Science from Oklahoma State University in 2011. She completed her graduate studies at the University of Oklahoma in 2017, double majoring with a Masters in both Human Relations and Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

From humble beginnings in 2010, Lee Ann started Just A Push Foundation by helping individuals successfully transition from prison to society. Today, Just A Push empowers people in at-risk communities through individualized client services as well as outreach events designed to strengthen relationships within the community. The nonprofit she founded serves over one hundred families per year and growing.
