This Concentration Month is one of six forming the Thematic Semester entitled “Symmetries: Algebras and Physics” at the Centre de Recherches Mathématiques, Université de Montréal, Québec, Canada, from May to November, 2022.

It features an intensive program of activities centered around the general theme of quantum symmetries, interpreted as an umbrella that connects many closely connected fields of mathematics and mathematical physics including tensor categories, vertex algebras, topological quantum field theories and conformal field theory.
