Ways to volunteer:
⚫ Event Volunteers
Sign up to volunteer at the box office during a performance night.
Sign up to usher for a performance.
Contribute a snack, baked good, beverage, or anything else for our concession stand sales.
Volunteer to sell concessions for any of the VPA shows.
Sign up to donate a meal for a long rehearsal night.
⚫ There are many ways you can join the CRLS VPA Committee!
Look for event volunteer sign-ups shared by your teachers, or find upcoming opportunities via our Instagram account.
By completing our Volunteer Google Form, you will be contacted directly via email for upcoming events and other opportunities.
In addition, we are looking for volunteers to take on the following roles as part of our committee:
⚫ Social Media Manager: Help us manage and grow our Instagram account (@artsatcrls) while connecting with the CRLS arts community. We use this platform to promote VPA events, recruit volunteers, and highlight CRLS students’ participation in regional and national competitions. Our account is still in its early stages, and we’re working to steadily grow our following and establish it as a key tool for engaging our volunteer community. ⚫ Volunteer Coordinator: Assist in coordinating parent volunteers for events and managing sign-ups. This includes creating event sign-up forms via Sign Up Genius and drafting volunteer callout emails. You’ll help ensure we have sufficient volunteer coverage for key tasks such as box office sales, concessions, and ushering.
⚫ Grants Support: Help prepare the Grants Google Application Form during each semester. You’ll also take part in the grant decision process by voting on applications, assist in communicating decisions to applicants, and coordinate with our Treasurer to ensure timely disbursement of awarded funds.
