We are delighted to invite members of the legal education community to the launch of the Critical Legal Pedagogies of Race and Empire Network, a new interdisciplinary initiative dedicated to fostering dialogue, collaboration, and innovation around the teaching of race, empire, and colonialism in legal education. The launch event will take place on Monday 14 September 2026, from 2.00–5.00 pm, in the Moot Court at the University of Bristol Law School, with an online attendance option available. The programme will include keynote addresses from Professor Foluke Adebisi (University of Bristol) and Professor Joel Malesela Modiri (University of Pretoria).
