I am an Associate Professor in Public Economics at the University of Insubria. I hold the Italian Habilitation for Associate Professor (Professore di II Fascia) in Economia Politica (13/A1), and Politica Economica (13/A2).
I am also Member of the Scientific Committee of CF Applied Economics (Center for Analysis and Research in Applied Economics) of Ca' Foscari University of Venice, and member of the HEPEG (Health Economics and Policy Evauation Group) of the University of Verona. I was recently elected Secretary General of the Italian Health Economics Association for the three-year term 2024-2026.
Previously, I was Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics of the University of Verona, and Research Fellow at the Department of Economics of the Ca' Foscari University of Venice.
My main research interests are in health economics, migration, gender and economics of ageing.
