Cristina Caraci 

As of October 2026, I am a Vertretung professor at LMU. Before joining LMU, from September 2024 I was a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Geneva, in the group of Prof. Antti Knowles. I was also a postdoctoral researcher at Universität Zurich, in the group of Prof. Benjamin Schlein in the years 2021-2024.
I obtained my PhD diploma in June 2021 at Gran Sasso Science Institute in L'Aquila (IT) under the supervision of Prof.  Serena Cenatiempo and Prof. Benjamin Schlein.

I work in many-body quantum mechanics. In particular, my research focuses on static and dynamical properties of Bose gases. More recently I have started working on the derivation of Euclidean (Quantum) Field Theories as a limit of many-body Hamiltonians.
