Cristian Andres Rivera Medina

Thank you for visiting my webpage! My name is Cristian Andres Rivera Medina (if you prefer, just call me Cristian). I am originally from Perú and I am currently in the second year of my PhD in Physics.

My interests span from theoretical physics (worldsheet string theory, AdS3/CFT2, black hole radiation (Hawking & Schwinger effects), entanglement entropy, topological QFT, quantum gravity in 2+1 dimensions, de Sitter, Swampland...), to some applications of pure mathematics in physical problems (mathematical physics, operator algebras, von neumann algebras, algebraic geometry, low-dimensional topology, ...).Besides, sometimes I am curious about developments or applications of conformal bootstrap techniques on QFT and condensed matter/quantum information systems.I am also an entushiastic about Mathematica and cadabra, mainly to develop a framework to do calculations in, generally speaking, field theories as string theory.
