As an ADHD Coach, I can help you to develop the strategies and confidence you need to thrive, while also providing you the additional support (including finding and developing systems that work for your brain) you need to feel on track as you progress towards your goals.
ADHD coaching includes support with organisation, time management, focus, and goal-setting. It is based on knowledge of the differences between neurodivergent and neuro'typical' needs (there's nothing worse than being told you need to 'start a calendar' or 'get a new diary' and 'remember to use it' when you have ADHD!)
ADHD coaching aims to develop a personalised approach based on broad experience and research with ADHD students and clients, providing you incrementally with practical tools you can use to manage challenges, reduce stress, respond to overstimulation or dysregulation when it occurs, and take positive steps towards achieving your goals.
Remember - our goals don't have to be elaborate. A common goal of my clients when they first start is just to develop routines and build habits that help their lives feel more manageable. From that place, they are better positioned to then work out what their longer-term goals might be.
