About the Translator

I'm a literary translator and have been translating books from English into Brazilian Portuguese since 2022. My mission is to preserve the author's voice while providing the reader with a fluid, engaging, and culturally adapted reading experience.

I primarily translate novels, suspense, and fantasy stories, paying special attention to dialogue and narrative rhythm. I have experience working with independent authors and publishers, and I approach each project with dedication, respect, and attention to detail.

Besides translating, I share behind-the-scenes insights and reflections on the craft of translation in my weekly newsletter, Mundos Traduzidos, on LinkedIn, and my blog in English "Translated Worlds", and in social media posts.

I believe that good stories deserve good translations, and that's what drives me.
