WP7 is about the cross-fertilisation of skills and expertise on ethics, crisis communication, policy and translation technology as well as the growth of new competencies and career opportunities among Network participants.

Its main tasks are:

• Training on Ethics in Crisis Research
• Training on Crisis Communication on the Ground
• Training on Crisis Communication Policies
• Training on Translation Technology for Crisis Communication
