Julie Wood - Researcher
Julie Wood joined Cochrane as Head of Communications and External Affairs in September 2015. This role includes responsibility for Cochrane’s translations, currently translating its evidence into more than 12 languages. Before joining Cochrane she spent more than 13 years at Oxfam GB and Oxfam International, including as the Director of Corporate Communications.
Juliane Ried - Researcher
Juliane Ried is Cochrane´s Translations Co-ordinator, and is collaborating with more than 15 volunteer teams worldwide who are translation Cochrane Reviews into their local languages, working to establish sustainable, low-resource approaches to translation. She studied French and Spanish at Freiburg University, Germany.
Hayley Hassan - Researcher
HayIey Hassan is Cochrane’s Translation Support Officer and assists Cochrane’s translation teams with the effective day-to-day production of translated content, be it troubleshooting or connecting them with interested volunteers. As part of Cochrane’s Communications and External Affairs Department, her other key areas of work are to develop and facilitate translation teams’ communication and dissemination activities, as well as building and engaging with the translation community.
