Welcome to my homepage. I am a senior researcher at Chr. Michelsen Institute (CMI), Bergen, Norway. I am also affiliated to FAIR (Norwegian School of Economics). I previously completed a post-doc at CREED at the University of Amsterdam and a post-doc at CMI.

My main research interests are in the economics of the household, with a focus on intra-household resource allocation and determinants of bargaining power. I am also interested in reproductive and sexual health issues including family planning, intimate partner violence, and female genital cutting.
