TERMS OF SERVICE

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS 

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and CrimsonFlame LLC, doing business as CrimsonFlame ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Crimson Protocol mobile application as well as any other related services (collectively, the "Services"). 

You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY. 

2. THE SERVICES 

The Services provided include the mobile application Crimson Protocol and any related communications or updates. The Services are intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. Users under the age of 18 must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the Services. 

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS 

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: 

1. All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete. 

2. You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it as necessary. 

3. You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. 

4. You will not access the Services through automated or non-human means (e.g., bots). 

5. You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. 

4. USER REGISTRATION & ACCOUNTS 

You may be required to register with the Services. We offer registration through direct input or via third-party social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, X). 

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account details. 

• Social Logins: If you use social media logins, you acknowledge that we will access certain profile information as governed by our Privacy Policy. 

• Account Termination: We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username if we determine it is inappropriate or obscene. 

5. MOBILE APPLICATION LICENSE 

Use License 

If you access the Services via the Crimson Protocol mobile application, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the application on wireless electronic devices owned or controlled by you. 

Device Permissions 

By using the application, you may grant us permission to access your device’s storage, microphone, and other features. You may manage these permissions at any time within your device settings. 

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES 

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: 

• Tricking, defrauding, or misleading us and other users. 

• Attempting to impersonate another user or person. 

• Using any information obtained from the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person. 

• Interfering with or circumventing security-related features of the Services. 

• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating any of our employees or agents. 

7. PRIVACY POLICY 

We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy (last updated March 3, 2026). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. 

Please be advised the Services are hosted in the United States. If you access the Services from any other region with laws governing personal data collection, use, or disclosure that differ from applicable laws in the United States, then through your continued use of the Services, you are transferring your data to the United States. 

8. TERM AND TERMINATION 

These Terms of Service shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. 

WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON. 

If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party. As noted in our Privacy Policy, we may retain certain account information for up to thirty-six (36) months post-termination for security and legal compliance. 

9. GOVERNING LAW 

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Georgia and the United States. CrimsonFlame LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Marietta, GA shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
