Criminal Justice Attorney Franks grew up in West Monroe LA.and and graduated from high school and college there. After his undergrad degree Joey worked on the Louisiana and Delta Railroad and the Canadian National/Illinois Central Railway.
The Mississippi College of Law was next and Joey graduated cum laude from there. The Franks Law Firm now helps hundreds of clients. Joeys hobbies are photography target shooting and hiking.
