- Bail hearings

- The availability of and the application process for any witness fee to which a victim is entitled
- A defendant's projected release date AND the actual release date
- Rescheduling of any hearings
- NO HEARING WILL BE CONDUCTED without giving the victim a 30-day advanced notice
- Decision on releases for persons found not guilty by reason of insanity
- Decision by the governor to commute a sentence or grant a pardon
- Death of a defendant WITHIN 30 DAYS
- UPON WRITTEN REQUEST, to receive a photo taken of the defendant prior to release from incarceration
- Probation and revocation hearings initiated by the board and parole hearings
- Final decisions to release the defendant made by the board
