For account access, registration approval, login, notifications, or team setup help, email us with your name, team name, and issue details.
We usually respond within 2-3 business days.

CricManager is a cricket team management app that helps teams manage users, schedules, tournaments, practice sessions, scoring, expenses, team chat, announcements, polls, notifications, weather alerts, and related team operations.
Information We Collect
CricManager may collect the following information when you use the app:
- Name
- Email address
- Mobile number
- User ID
- Team membership information
- Player role
- Profile photo, if uploaded
- Chat messages and user-generated content
- Announcements, polls, notes, and responses
- Schedule and availability responses
- Tournament and scorecard information
- Expense and settlement information
- Device push notification token
- Approximate location, if you allow location access for weather-related features
How We Use Information
We use this information to:
- Create and manage user accounts
- Allow team owners and admins to approve users
- Manage teams, schedules, tournaments, scorecards, and practice sessions
- Enable team chat, announcements, polls, and notifications
- Track team expenses and settlements

Data Sharing
CricManager does not sell user data.
Information may be shared only as needed to operate the app, including with Firebase services used for authentication, database storage, push notifications, and cloud functions.
User content may be visible to other users in the same team depending on role-based access permissions.
Data Storage
CricManager uses Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and Cloud Functions. Data may be stored on Firebase/Google Cloud infrastructure.
User Control
Users may contact support to request help with:
- Account access
- Profile updates
- Account deletion
- Team membership questions
- Data correction requests
Some account and team data may need to be managed by a team Owner or Team Admin.
Notifications
CricManager may send push notifications for team updates, announcements, approvals, reminders, weather alerts, chat activity, and other app functionality. You can control notification permissions from your device settings.
Location
If location permission is enabled, CricManager may use location information to support weather-related features. Location access is used only for app functionality.
Children’s Privacy
CricManager is intended for cricket team coordination. The app is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.
Security
We use Firebase security rules, authentication, and role-based access controls to help protect user data. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
