CRICKET DECK
DELETE YOUR CRICKET DECK ACCOUNT
Account deletion information for Cricket Deck
Cricket Deck Games lets players delete their Cricket Deck cloud account and associated personal data.
Delete in the app
If you still have access to Cricket Deck:
Open Cricket Deck.
Go to Settings → Account.
Select Delete cloud profile.
If your profile is protected with Google, confirm using the same Google account.
Confirm the permanent deletion.
The app will end any Friend Challenges in progress, close pending invites, remove block relationships, clear saved Friend Challenge sessions on that device, and permanently delete your Cricket Deck cloud profile and Firebase sign-in account.
Request deletion without the app
This option is available for Cricket Deck profiles that were protected with Google.
Send an email to:
tsaayman92@gmail.com
The request must be sent from the same Google email address linked to your Cricket Deck profile.
In the email, state that you want your Cricket Deck account deleted.
We will verify the linked email address, process the request within 30 days, and confirm by email when the account has been deleted.
Profiles that were never protected with Google do not have a verified email address attached to them and can only be deleted from within the app on the device where the profile is available.
What is deleted
Your Cricket Deck cloud player profile.
Your Firebase Authentication account and Google link, if applicable.
Your current block relationships.
Active or pending Friend Challenge involvement as part of the deletion process.
What may be kept temporarily
Completed Friend Challenge match records are shared records involving two players. These records may remain visible to your former opponent until their normal retention period expires, up to 12 months after the match was completed.
Friend Challenge action/replay logs are deleted after 90 days.
Closed invites and certain operational records are deleted after 30 days according to Cricket Deck's retention policy.
