Crick Supporters Club Lottery Rules

Purpose

The purpose of the Crick Supporters Club is to raise funds. The money will be paid into the Crick Athletic Colts bank account and used to meet funding requests for the Club, providing equipment, resources and opportunities for children within our grassroots Community Football Club.

Rules

1. For a cost of £5 per month (i.e. per draw) you will be allocated one number per £5.

2. A draw will be made every month, with a 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th prize. [amend as applicable]

3. The prize pay-out will be maximum 49% of monthly income. Example of pay-out is attached.

4. This will be apportioned as: 1st prize of 52%, 2nd prize of 31%, 3rd prize of 13% and 4th prize 4% each month.

5. The Supporters Club is a private lottery and is open to all parents, and friends of the Crick Colts Football and community. Anyone aged 16 or over can join.

6. Payments must be made by standing order via LoveAdmin (The Club will register each person) One month’s notice is required for cancellation.

7. Payments must be made by monthly instalments.

8. Members’ numbers will only be entered if their subscription is up to date.

9. If a member has no valid reason for missing a payment, their number may be sold to someone on the reserve list.

10. To be considered for the monthly draw, you MUST be registered, and payment set up by 15th of each month. E.g. registered by November 15th 2020 for the draw on November 28th 2020.

11. The draw shall be made on the last Saturday of each month.

12. The winners will be announced on the Crick Colts FaceBook page and will be contacted by email that is provided upon registration. Your prize money will be transferred to your bank account within one week of providing your bank details.

13. The name and numbers for each month’s winners will be posted on Crick Colts Facebook page, unless the winner chooses to remain anonymous.

14. The Supporters Club is run by Crick Athletic Colts. In case of any dispute the decision of the committee is final.

15. The committee reserve the write to amend the rules as and when required. All changes will be communicated to all members.

16. Unless otherwise advised, a member will be deemed to have left the Supporters Club if his/her subscription renewal remains unpaid for a period of one month.

17. If a winner cannot be contacted, the winnings will be placed into Club funds after six months.
