ASSISTANT COACH
My name is Roger De Roeck and I’m excited to be the assistant tennis coach this year. I ran cross country and track in high school and college and wanted to coach those sports but fell in love with the lifetime sport of tennis. I have head coached tennis at Copperas Cove High school, Pflugerville and Connally High schools in PFISD. I graduated from the University of Arkansas and have been married to my beautiful bride Melinda for 34 years. We have 2 married children and 2 awesome grandkids who call me POPS. When I’m not teaching or coaching I enjoy gardening, reading, and watching movies.

Jonathan Hayden
This is Coach Hayden's 9th year teaching English at CRHS, and his 2nd year as tennis assistant (last tour of duty was in 2016 right before he had his first son). He is thrilled to provide the weirdness of an English teacher's perspective to the tennis learning process. We will be strengthening our verbs, exploring abstract ideas with concrete actions, and generally revising our rough drafts of self on a daily basis. He loves playing tennis, cooking, reading, hiking, and spending time with his wife (Ms. Dang helped open CRHS, but stays home for now) and two tiny human sons, Kubo and Rex.
